Kathryn Johnson deserves an ‘Of the Month’ because she is an amazing
resident in our hall and an outstanding member in our hall government. She
currently holds the secretary position. She is at every hall government
meeting and event and does her job well. What makes her deserve an OTM is
her involvement beyond the designated roles of her job.
Kathryn is the go-to proxy for many members on the executive board because
she is always very willing to fill in at a meeting if a member has to go
to another meeting or an exam. This willingness to help out also
correlates with her positive attitude and overall friendliness. She in
nice to everyone and is overall very enthusiastic. When asked to help, she
readily accepts, and a lot of the time she does not even have to be asked.
She volunteers and asks others if there is anything she can do to help. If
she is not helping out with an event or program, she is participating. She
improves attendance to the events in our hall and is always willing to try
a new activity and meet new people through doing so. She makes people
feel welcome and is easy to talk to. Her combined effort to make the hall
a great place to live and a great organization to be a part of, along with
her positive attitude and willingness to help make her a great candidate
for an OTM.
