Audrey Wright started last year as the Registration and Logistics chair of the CAACURH No Frills
2012 Conference Team. Her job included creating the registration form as well as keeping track
of the delegates who registered. What she wound up doing, however, was so much more. In
meetings Audrey was always on top of the information, and has wound up memorizing every
delegate, any allergies, and the school they are from. She created emergency information cards
for every delegate that had an allergy incase we needed to contact someone. Audrey had started
her wrap-up report, a form that isn't due until March. Without even being asked, Audrey created
the welcome packet entirely on her own. Once the packet was typed up and printed, she put
every packet into a folder with a map, and an OCM pamphlet, every folder into a bag, and added
a water bottle to the bags. From Thursday January 26th until Sunday January 29th, Audrey could
be seen carrying heavy boxes in to cars, out of cars, and up stairs. She handled registration
kerfuffles (such as a female registering as a male) with grace and ease. No matter how frantic
she may have been, Audrey look cool, calm, and collected on the surface. Audrey barely slept
the entire weekend because she was so busy helping others. Audrey Wright was an amazing
team member, efficient, and the conference wouldn't have been a fraction of how successful it
was without her time and organization. Word Count: 247
