Rachel Theesfeld is a new Resident Assistant this year and has been a
truly powerful force on our staff already. She is extremely passionate
about her position and about her residents. On numerous occasions I
have witnessed her interacting with her residents as well as the other
residents in the building. She knows them all by name is can already
tell you a lot about each of them. She spends time with them on
weekends and any time she is in the building. She completes tasks ahead of time and is very detail oriented. Rachel
also has a positive energy and zest that helps energize returners on
our staff. She often speaks up and changes any negative thoughts or
energy into positive opportunities. She reminds me personally why I
love my job. She realized the possible impact she could have on these
girls and takes ownership of making that impact a positive one. Word Count: 153
