Cole has been an amazing Peer Advisor for the Living Learning Communities.
He always actively engages his residents and facilitates conversations
between his residents and faculty members. He has exceeded our
expectations for our Peer Advisors. We only require that the Peer Advisors
get residents to our programs and go door knocking 30 minutes prior to an
event starting. Cole has actually helped with planning an event. In
November, the Computer Science LLC residents will be going on an industry
tour of Samsung. This was an idea inspired by Cole and he has helped
tremendously with getting resident feedback to us. We asked him to survey
his residents and he got us a 100% return in responses. Cole always has a
helpful demeanor when interacting with residents and maintains a
consistent positive attitude. As a former Resident Assistant, I know how
far a positive attitude goes when working with residents, and I expect
that Cole is going to create a wonderful community through that positive
attitude. I cannot express our gratitude enough for the community he is
building in our residence hall. Word Count: 183
