Ryan Landrum and Raman Singh have made great contributions to the
Hilltop Staff via the Hilltop Website Organization. Through the use
of the Hilltop Website, staff members are able to effectively
communicate while staying updated on the events going on in the
community. These two gentlemen have put so much effort and hard work
into the Hilltop Website. The website is a great tool for keeping
RA's organized. A RA can view his/her monthly duty schedule as well
as submit required programs for the month while keeping track of the
RA's progress up to date. Resources such as programming ideas,
documents, evaluations, etc. are also available to the RA's. On a
personal note, I honestly don't know how I would function without this
website. RA's are able to post programs on this website in order to
keep all of Hilltop involved in the community. RA's can also get
ideas from fellow RA's about programming and event planning. Meeting
schedules are also posted on this website in an organized fashion so
that all staff are on the same page and kept up to date. Another
great thing about this website is that it introduces all of the RA's
to the community. Each Hilltop RA has a biography with his/her
picture and contact information. What a great way for staff to learn
more about each other. I would encourage all residence halls to take advantage and/or develop
a website for RA's who can fully utilize their resources and
effectively communicate and/or exchange ideas. Word Count: 251
