Please explain the outstanding contributions of the nominee during the month of nomination

Jordan Tarter has been a leader on the 6th Floor of the East side in Hillenbrand since the beginning of the semester. Just in November, she has helped organize and begin two floor intramural sports teams, create a floor t-shirt (with the help of others on the floor) and attend the weekly Phoenix Club meetings every Wednesday as one of our floor senators.

When the semester began, Jordan approached the RA to be involved in intamural sports. Not only did she join one other Hillenbrand co-ed team, but led two other teams for our own floor this month. She has played flag football, and is currently team captain for the volleyball and women's soccer team for 6 East.

In order to promote a team spirit on the floor, Jordan and a couple of other girls created t-shirts for all of the girls on our floor. These t-shirts are worn during our team games as well as general wear for those girls who are not on the intramural teams.

Jordan is an active and participating senator for our floor in the Phoenix Club. She often supports the floor's programs as well as the ones sponsored by the Phoenix Club.

Jordan has a difficult academic schedule as well as a part time job waitressing so her dedication to the 6th floor in Hillenbrand is very much appreciated. She has certainly stood out as a leader on the 6th floor as well as throughout Hillenbrand.
