The organization that I am speaking of is the Resident Assistant
Resource Room Committee. This committee is comproised up of 3 members
and every month their duty is to provide resources to the Resident
Assistant of Hilltop. They also keep the resource room very organized
which is a tremendous help to all the RA's at Hilltop. Many, many
resources are available in this room thanks to the help of this
committee. RA's can come and/or meet here for forms, supplies, games,
bulletin boards, etc. Just recently, the RA resource room committee
prepared and made over 30 new bulletin boards for all of the RA's to
add to the bulletin board library in the resource room. This
committee has a positive attitude and they are extremely innovative.
Their organization is evident and is also helpful in keeping the other
RA's organized. I am confident that anything a RA may need to make
his/her job a little more "stress free" is located in the RA resource
room. Their organization and helpful resources promote growth and
development in the RA position. The staff is extremely thankful for
all of their hard work, time and effort that they have made into
making the resource room accessible and helpful at all times. Word Count: 207
