From the very start of her being here at Kansas State Taneysha has
stepped up to help out her fellow residents. She was elected as one of
the two floor presidents. She is a constant source of humor and
positivity. Nothing gets this girl down. She became involved with the
Black Student Union and has been a great source of information for
those
of us who did not know much about the minority organizations on campus.
She will also be competing in the Miss Black and Gold pageant in
December. Taneysha is compassionate; she stayed up all night taking
care of a sick roommate. Not only has she become involved in Cru and
Workers of Wisdom, but she is a dedicated student as well. She earned
an "A" on her first College Algebra exam. Taneysha is always involved
in our floor events and often gets the resident together to have a
study
party. During Hall Governing Association meetings she speaks up and
voices her concerns and asks good questions and stays true to the want
of her residents. Taneysha is a hard worker and a compassionate
resident that makes everyone's days a lot brighter. Word Count: 194
