Tim Williams truly wants to meet and know people, not only on his
floor, but in all of West Hall. If he is not in the lobby of the 3rd
floor, he can be found on another floor talking to residents. Often
times on my rounds I go through one floor and see him; two floors
later, I see him again on that floor. When I get back from my classes,
I see him wandering the halls and stopping to talk to people with
their doors open. Sometimes he even takes his computer for a random
dance party! Another way he tries to connect to people in West Hall is
by writing on their white boards on their doors. I see whole
conversations written between him and the residents in between them
hanging out. Tim goes above and beyond to make an effort to hang out
with/get to know residents and build community, not only on his floor,
but in his entire hall! Word Count: 163
