| Origin of Program: This program originated from a series of programs that George Read South
has organized. For a span of seven weeks over spring semester each RA is
in charged of planning a program for a week assigned to them. The week of
2/26- 3/3 was to be planned for Jenna Deleone. She then planned out this
The Price is Right event to be the George Read south weekly event. Word Count: 69 |

| Please give a short description of the program: The program was designed to be held in the style of the popular game
show of The Price is Right. The game was set up by everybody getting in
to groups of two as teams competing to get the most points. Each round
there would be an item placed up on the projector and the teams would
have to guess a price for the item at Walgreen's and a price for the
item at the POD market on campus. Each round the teams would write
down their prices on a board and display them. Then the real prices of
the items would be displayed on the projector and the team with the
closest price without going over would win. After guessing the prices
for about ten to fifteen items the team with the most correct guesses
would be named the winner and receive a prize of candy. Word Count: 148 |

| Goals of the program: The goals of the program were for kids to have fun competing in a mock
version of the Price is Right and for kids to learn where the best
values on campus are. The event covered both of those goals as all of
the students in attendance had a lot of fun and all of the students
learned where the best deals were on campus. Word Count: 66 |
|
| Positive and lasting effects of the program: The lasting effects of the program were that many students learned where
is the best place to get various items. The students that I talked to
after the event were very happy to learn where they can get the best
value for various different items on campus. Word Count: 48 |

| Short evaluation of the program: The program went really well. I got involved with it and really enjoyed
it. All of the other people that played in the game all said that they
enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. It was very well planned out and it
took a great commitment to organize it as well as she did. I do not see
any ways it which the program could be improved as it went very very
well. Word Count: 56 |

| How could this program be adapted to other campuses? The way this program could be adapted to be used on other campuses would
be changing it to different places on different campuses instead of
using the same places that Jenna used in her program here. Word Count: 37 |
