Positive and lasting effects of the program:

The bulletin that Sierra created has spurred many of her residents to visit TED.com and watch some of the videos for themselves. One of these residents is me. After viewing the bulletin, I watched videos from TED for two hours. I had never heard of TED before reading the bulletin, and I am so glad that I now know what it is. I found the videos to be fascinating, inspiring, hilarious, and emotional. After each video that I watch, I feel that it was time well spent because of the many valuable ideas and lessons that are taught in each video.
