Please explain the outstanding contributions of the nominee during the month of nomination

An infinity of words is not enough to describe the stunning Mallory Warrix. Someone who is full of passion for making the world around her better and energy to make the things she is working on amazing. Mallory puts in countless hours of effort at CSU within the Residential Leadership Programs(RLP) office to improve the position of NCC and all of RHA as well in the process. The effort that Mallory puts into her job is seen from a large population of the people on CSU's campus, making her an outstanding member of the community. So far this summer, she has worked on finding various ways to implement LEAD links into CSU to make them very successful for the IACURH region, modified her positional duties as NCC at CSU to make them more efficient and practical, as well as many other things that will prove to be very valuable to the NCC position over the years.

Beyond the work she has done as NCC this summer, she has also been a truly role model student. She noticed during the normal school year the amount of work she was going to have to do in order to graduate at a decent time, and decided to take it upon herself to improve that timeline a little more by taking a couple summer classes. Her love of insects and other such creatures gave her the idea of taking a class she really enjoys over the summer during the first four weeks, which she completed with flying colors. Then, she knew that if she did not work a little bit harder with Chemistry now that she would really struggle later. So, seeing the challenge that she would face otherwise, she came to the conclusion that taking Chemistry over the summer would help her out a lot in the long run, making that a very worthy thought. The choices of taking summer classes, as well as which ones to take, has demonstrated not only to her peers, but to her instructors as well, that she is a remarkable student, and has the capabilities of accomplishing great things. Those great accomplishments don't even consider the amazing work she will do as NCC this year.

Mallory Warrix has shown everyone that she knows at CSU that she is able to do fantastic things, and prove to her superiors in the future that she is always qualified for whatever career she wants. Her stunning work as a normal student and student leader will always make her an outstanding candidate for any position in the future. Her dedication to not only RLP and RHA, but to her school work, as well, is why she has been noticed in the Residential Community as an outstanding student.
