Nicholas has dedicated a lot of time and energy to University Housing and this semester, he will be leaving us. Nicholas has helped with many different things in University Housing. Most recently, Nicholas has been a desk assistant for Quad 3, and this semester especially, Nicholas has had many things on his plate. Nicholas always has been kind and welcoming to anyone who comes into Quad 3. He is always very informative during desk meetings and cares about his staff and wants to help. Nicolas has an outgoing and positive attitude that is recognized my fellow staff members.

Nicholas has gone above and beyond in the month of December by assisting with the Polytechnic Housing rekey process. This process was not a small task by any stretch of the imagination. This process involved rekeying North, South, and West Desert Villages. Quad 3 is the desk for all these communities. Nicholas did a fantastic job at providing excellent customer service and staying late to make sure residents were able to pick up their keys. In addition, Nicholas made sure that keys were brought over to Century Hall so residents would be able to pick up keys after hours. Nicholas handled many situations that were difficult, but was able to make residents feel better and help them understand the process. In addition to handling a big portion of the rekeying process, Nicholas also stepped up at a desk meeting to lead it when Justice was away. During this time, Nicholas really took initiative.

Nicholas will be missed! Nicholas will be missed because of his positive attitude and care about his position. We wish Nicholas all the best in his future endeavors and hope that he will come back visit his housing family! We thank him for his dedication and hard work to making this department run smoothly and efficiently.
